At Pinklizecosh, we are dedicated to bringing aesthetic and high-quality kitchenware to your doorstep as safely and quickly as possible. We take extra care in packaging our glassware and wooden items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs clearance for international orders.

3. Fragile Item Protection

We know how much you look forward to your new sunflower mugs or sakura dishes! To prevent breakage, we use:

  • High-density protective foam

  • Double-walled corrugated boxes

  • "Fragile" handling labels

  • Eco-friendly buffers for wooden items.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with a Tracking Number and a link to our tracking portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you need to change your address, please contact us at service@pinklizecosh.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

Pinklizecosh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or our support team immediately.
