  • Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us at service@pinklizecosh.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched from our Anaheim warehouse or fulfillment centers.

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes! We love bringing our aesthetic kitchenware to homes worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your country.

3. Quality & Safety

  • Are your glass and wooden products food-safe? Absolutely. All our glassware (like the Sakura dishes and Sunflower mugs) is 100% lead-free, and our wooden items (like the coconut bowls and honey dippers) are made from natural, non-toxic materials. Your health and safety are our top priorities.

  • Are the products microwave and dishwasher safe? Most of our glass items are dishwasher safe (top rack). However, for products with gold rims or wooden components, we strongly recommend hand washing to preserve their delicate beauty and longevity. Please check the specific "Product Specifications" on each page for details.

4. Returns & Damages (Crucial for Glassware)

  • What if my glass items arrive broken? Don't worry! We use high-density protective foam, but glass is fragile. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the broken item and the packaging at service@pinklizecosh.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

  • What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
