At Pinklizecosh, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our aesthetic kitchenware. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged or Broken Items (Special Glassware Protection)
We understand that glass is fragile. Although we use high-density protective packaging, accidents can happen during transit.

If your item arrives damaged or broken: Please email us at service@pinklizecosh.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Info: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging.

Resolution: We will send a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the broken glass to us.
3. Return Shipping

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Pinklizecosh will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Personal Preference: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards.

Items on "Final Sale" or clearance (unless they arrive damaged).

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
6. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at service@pinklizecosh.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
